Frequently Asked Questions

​How Do I Place An Order?​

Orders can be placed in person, online (e-mail), or by telephone.  You will need to know the product item number you wish to purchase along with printing location(s) on a garment and numbers of colors in your design per location.  Garment sizes will need to be stated when ordering, too.  You can mix and match products; you do not have to buy a single garment style only. 



 

Payment & Shipping

Current payment acceptance is by cash, check, or credit or debit card.  First time customers will be asked to pay half down of the order total upon initial ordering.  The balance due must be paid upon pick up or shipping.  However, please note that if a credit or debit card is used, a 3.9 percent fee of the order total will be charged for processing.  Shipping is available by UPS, and the amount is added to a customer's invoice.



 

Artwork Requirements

Art for screenprinting must be in an eps file.  This file is usually created through a graphic program such as Adobe Illustrator, Coral Draw, Freehand, or Photoshop.  We do limited work in Photoshop so the other programs are preferred.  The important factor to your artwork is that it must be layered by color in the design.  You can submit a pdf file converted from the eps file.  If your art is not usable, art charges will apply.  Our art charge is $50 per hour.  If you have any questions about art, please feel free to contact us by telephone or by e-mail.



 

Returns & Refunds

We take great pride in providing quality service and production.  We work with each individual customer to insure accuracy in artwork and printing.  We will honor any mistakes that are made by our staff.  But, please submit all order information in writing to help us limit mistake possibilities.
